    Apple of the Tropics; Czar of Philippine Fruits; Manila Super Mango or Philippine Carabao variety; fully matured, free from defective quality and condition, maximum latex burn, blemishes and stains at 5% of total surface area, Vapor Heat or Hot Water Treated as per market requirement. Shipped via air or vessel.

    Packaging:
    Corrugated cartons, with partitions and foam padding at 5.0kgs net wt. /ctn. Also available in corrugated telescopic cartons at 12kgs net wt./ctn.

    DRIED MANGOES

    From selected matured Philippine Carabao variety mango, naturally ripened, peeled & pitted, sliced, blanched, mechanically dried, firm, bright yellow to yellow orange in color, soft and gummy, no artificial color added; tolerance of 10% on broken cuts and irregular sizes. Used as a healthy ready-to-eat snack and as food ingredient/topping.

    Product Season:
    Regular Season (Luzon) - February to June
    Off-Season (Visayas and Mindanao) July to January

    Shelf-life:
    18 Months from date of production under storage temperature of (18-21°C)

    Packing:
    1.) BULK PACK: packed in 2.5 kgs. P.E. bag, x 4 bags/ctn., 10 kgs net wt.
    2.) RETAIL PACK: 100g x 100 bags/ctn., 10 kgs net wt. 200g x 50 bags/ctn., 10 kgs net wt.

    IQF MANGO HALVES

    Philippine Frozen Mango Halves, Carabao Variety, current crop year, peeled & pitted, firm not mushy, no browning due to oxidation, no frost/snow, regular yellow to golden yellow color. The product is Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) using a tunnel freezer at - 35°C and stored at - 18°C or cooler. Used as a ready-to-eat fruit, Industrial and Food Service use (e.g. ingredient for bakery products, various desserts, beverages and dairy products). Also available FROZEN MANGO BAR.

    Two (2) years from production date under storage temperature maintained at -18°C or cooler.

    Packing:
    Bulk pack of 2.5 kg, P.E. bag x 4 bags/master carton of 10kgs. net, with the appropriate carton labels and stickers or retail pack at customer's requirement.

    IQF MANGO BAR

    Philippine Carabao variety, current crop year, (Luzon Island Origin) naturally ripened, bright yellow orange to golden yellow in color, peeled, pitted, with popsicle stick inserted on each half cut at 45 – 55gms per piece, layered, then Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) using a tunnel freezer at -30 to -35°C freezing temperature and maintaining a core temperature of -18°C or cooler after freezing. The product is firm not mushy, no browning due to oxidation.

    Shelf-life:
    Two (2) years from production date under storage temperature maintained at -18°C or cooler.

    Packing:
    Individually packed in plastic pouches at 100packs/ctn of about 5.0 - 5.4kgs net weight per carton with minimal frost and snow.

    Philippine Frozen Mango Dice, Carabao variety, current crop year, peeled & pitted, firm not mushy, no browning due to oxidation, no frost/snow, regular yellow to golden yellow color, 20mm x 20 mm or 10mm x 10mm diced cut with 10% variance on irregular cut size. The product is Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) using a tunnel freezer at - 35°C and stored at - 18°C or cooler. Used as a ready-to-eat fruit, Industrial and Food Service use (e.g. ingredient for bakery products, various desserts, beverages and dairy products).

    Frozen Mango Puree, processed from naturally ripened Philippine Mango, Carabao Variety, crop year, Bright Yellow Orange to Golden Yellow, typical mango flavor, no fermented taste & odor. The product is Blast Frozen at -40 and stored at -18°C or cooler.

    Shelf-life:
    Two (2) years from production date under storage temperature maintained at -18°C or cooler.

    Packing:
    Packed in 10kgs x 2 bags per carton of 20kgs net.

    SWEETENED MANGO PUREE IN BOTTLE

    Processed from pasteurized mango puree derived from naturally ripened Philippine Mango Carabao variety; bright yellow orange to golden yellow, typical mango flavor, no artificial color added, no fermented taste and odor.

    Method of Preservation:
    The product is pasteurized at 80°C to 90°C.

    Product Season:
    Whole Year Round

    Shelf-life:
    Twelve (12) months from production date under ambient storage temperature.

    Packaging:
    800ML food grade PET bottle x 12 bottles per case
